University team training on the Moscow school of management Skolkovo program

April 17th – 21st, 2017 the OSU named after I.S. Turgenev team, consisting of 10 people, including 2 representatives of the laboratory of biomedical photonics - A.V. Dunaev and I.N. Makovik who represents the strategic project of the flagship university "National Scientific and Technological Center of Biomedical Photonics", passed the first module of training at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO under the program "Rector's School 11: Management Teams of Flagship Universities".

 

As part of the training the speeches to the participants were held by: Andrei Sharonov, President of the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO; Natalia Zubarevich, regional program director of the Independent Institute for Social Policy; Denis Konanchuk, Academic Director of the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO; Alexander Sobolev, Director of the Department of State Policy in Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and science; Mark Meerovich, Corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences, Honored architect of Russia, professor, Doctor of Architecture, Doctor of Historical Sciences.

 

         

 

The teams of 10 flagship universities gained knowledge about the current development of regions and cities, how this affects the human capital assets and the development of higher education, about the management of changes and existing examples of transformations, the history of the formation of the education system in the USSR in the context of regionalization, also about the project of flagship universities.

 

University management simulator "World university rankings" was organized for the participants. All the teams could try themselves in the role of leaders and lead the university in 5-100 leading universities in terms of development indicators.

 

Also, all flagship universities teams presented their projects to SKOLKOVO experts and took part in the mutual examination of the projects.

 

To motivate the further growth and development of teams, a sports block was organized with the invitation of Maxim Zhurilo, the founder of the "I LOVE RUNNING" project, and the athletics champion Anastasia Kapachinskaya.
