Open lecture by Andrey Fedorovich

July 5, 2019 the open lecture on "Microvascular bed of human skin as an object of study. New opportunities" by the leading scientist in this field – Andrey Fedorovich (Ph. D., MD, senior researcher of the National Medical Research Center for Preventive Medicine of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation, Moscow) was held.

The lecture was organized by R&D Center of Biomedical Photonics and Orel State University SPIE Student Chapter. The lecture covered the issues of microcirculatory bed structure and functioning, methods of its diagnosis, as well as opportunities for the development of personalized digital medicine methods in this area.

The lecture was attended not only by the employees of our center and students, but also by teachers of both Institute of instrumentation, automation and information technology and Medical institute.

Employees of R&D Center of Biomedical Photonics conducted a lab tour and discussed topical issues of research. After the lecture, a seminar was held, where the staff of our Center presented their research. The possibilities of cooperation on various topics developed at our University were discussed.

At the end of the day, according to the tradition, the arrival of the lecturer was celebrated at Orel State University recreation center.
