According to the Order of the Russian Ministry № 418 of April 22, 2015 scholarships of the President of the Russian Federation assigned to postgraduate students of State University ESPC and staff of our center Dremin V.V. and Novikova I.N., which studying full-time education in educational programs which meet the priority areas of modernization and technological development of the Russian economy on the 2015/2016 academic year.
