Participation in SPIE Photonics Europe (Strasbourg, France)

Employees of Research and Development Center of Biomedical Photonics (Makovik I.N., Kozlov I.O., Zharkikh E.V., Kandurova K.Y.) took part in the international conference SPIE Photonics Europe (Strasbourg, France, April 22-26).

During the conference direction "Biophotonics: Photonic Solutions for Better Health Care", 7 posters were presented. The interest of colleagues towards presented works was shown, the possibilities for further joint research were discussed.

The awarding ceremony of winners of SPIE Optics and Photonics Education Scholarship in 2017 was also held. Makovik I.N., Kozlov I.O. and Zharkikh E.V. who are the members of Orel State University Student Chapter presented the results of their activities for 2017. Their speech was highly appreciated by representatives of Student Chapters of other universities, as well as by the direction of SPIE.
